Had appt for Tuesday to replace my windshield and that was cancelled due to threat of rain. It didn’t actually rain however but the appt was rescheduled for Friday. The tech advised he would be there 8 – 12 timeframe. Then called to advise me not to 5:30! I was leaving town that day at 4 so obviously this cause a major problem. I ended up having to drive my vehicle with a broken windshield out if town as they could do nothing to het to me earlier. Canceled and am taking it to a local glass shop to have fixed on Wednesday. I have had nothing but good experiences with Safelite in the past when I lived in VA and in NC but the one here in OH sucks bad!
