My complaint: they don’t seem to care that they don’t answer the phone! I tried to call this store for two days. I estimate being on hold for a total of 3 hours, never got through to anyone. The following week(yesterday) I happened to be in the mall and went into the store and was greeted promptly by a young lady and asked how she could help. I quickly assessed whether I should mention my poor experience on the phone and decided it might be helpful for her to her if I did. I was polite and just gave the details of my experience. Her response was lacking any empathy or appreciation for my experience, not even a simple«sorry». Instead she said sometimes they are too busy to answer the phone. I mentioned maybe they should consider hiring more employees, but she had no interest in anything I was saying. I definitely did not feel heard.
