When we sat down to talk with this company we chose them based on their prices and services and the fact that we got along well with the photographer we sat down and chatted with. We were promised this photographer for our day. He didn’t show up. I understand that emergencies happen, but we weren’t notified of the photographer change at all. I felt that was very unprofessional. I went over a whole day preview with one of the owners and apparently none of that information got relayed to the two photographers that showed up to my wedding… because they walked in and asked around who the bride was and seemed to be clueless on what was supposed to happen and when. It felt very stressful and disorganized. In fact my grandparents got completely missed because they had no idea who to photograph and I was so busy and distracted that they slipped my mind. When you are the bride or groom you rely on things to go smoothly and for the people you hired to do their job. The photographers were nice but were shy and mousy and didn’t really do any directing. The original photographer that we signed the agreement to was loud and boisterous and we knew would be able to handle our very large and outgoing wedding party. My husband and I posed each other for our couple shots just off the top of our heads. All of the shots we got were pretty standard and plain. we suggested a lot of the shots we got as we went along. which again I felt was unprofessional. We got back our DVD of shots and NONE were edited. I actually had my friend photoshop them on his computer because some were so bad. In our opinion they were not professional looking at all. My husband even called to complain and they said they would do something extra to compensate for us not having the photographer we were promised, but we got no follow up call or anything extra. There’s a lot of wedding photographers out there and I would advise taking your time looking. They say photos are the most important part of the wedding and we both were very disappointed with the results and the professionalism that we received.
