Great food! The pasta is wonderful as well as the sandwiches. My personal favorite is the Drunken Chocolate cake. It’s a hit or miss with service, but the food makes up for it 100%

Good Italian spot in St. Cloud. I had the Cajun chicken pasta without chicken and subbed a veggie medley. We started with the caprese salad which was really good! The happy hour specials for food and drinks are great too.

You must have Ciatti’s Signature Dip, it is the best thing ever! Favorite dish is the Spicy Chicken Penne, also love their Fettucine Alfredo, and Three Cheese Pillows. I always think I should try something different then always go back to the Penne or Alfredo! Have had great service here. The Rosemary focaccia that comes with your meal is the best! Also, if you go to their website you can get a coupon for either a free $ 5 off your meal, or free dessert. Great martinis too.

Awesome happy hour and menu. The food is always amazing. I’ve tried the mussels, the spinach dip, the flatbread pizzas and calamari. All were perfect! Their dinner menu is great too. One of the best restaurants in town.

Had Crab and Brie stuffed Mahi-Mahi … With lemon asparagus and tomato sauté, and lemon sauce… House salad and bread… $ 21.99. Amazing service absolutely, bread is good and meal is good… My meal would’ve been so much better if it all wasn’t served in the pool of «lemon sauce» which was essentially butter. Also, as I thought, the Brie over-powered the mahi-mahi. The Toasted Head Chardonnay was a great pairing.

I went to Ciatti’s for the first time last night. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana and it was awesome! I liked the restaurant atmosphere, it’s a great place to go for date night.

I went back. Exactly after one year from the first(and last) time to celebrate my first year in Minnesota(oh yeah!) I had chicken saltimbocca(in Italian means«it jump in your mouth»). It’s a juicy chicken breast rapped with prosciutto and covered with withe wine sauce. It was very well prepared and served. The chicken was tender and the prosciutto slightly crusty but not dry thanks to the pleasant souse that was covering it. I appreciated that the chef did not exceed with the quantity of the sauce as unluckily some cooks mistakingly do with the idea of being generous but withe the result of unbalancing the flavors. Ciatti’s saltimbocca was with well balanced ingredients. The only comment I’d make is that it was a bit too salty for my test.

There’s a lot to like about Ciatti’s. Depending upon what you’re looking for, the dining room has a nice warm atmosphere that isn’t too loud for visiting. Or there’s the bar/lounge area with frequent daily specials. During nice weather, there’s a patio outside. I’ve always enjoyed the food(and the endless salad and bread/breadsticks) here, and would say that this place ranks much higher than Olive Garden in terms of quality of food. I’ve had numerous dishes here over the years, but routinely return to the Spicy Chicken Penne — a delicious dish of penne served with a pesto/alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, cajun spiced chicken, and sweet red peppers. It’s, by far, my favorite. I’ve also enjoyed their flatbread pizzas, their mostaccioli, their Marsala chicken, their lasagna, and many other dishes. They’re all good. The service has always been great as well. Attentive servers who are kind and friendly, but don’t insert themselves into your dinner conversation too much. All in all, we’ve been very pleased with Ciatti’s and find ourselves returning here pretty frequently for a quiet dinner. Their early dinner specials(starting at $ 7.99) are a good buy. They come with the salad and bread sticks, so even if the portion sizes are smaller, you don’t go away hungry. Tip: If you go during the week between 4 – 6 pm, they have some amazing early-dining specials that are awesome. A lot of food for very little money. Well worth it!

I come to St. Cloud from out of state frequently. Ciatti’s is a welcome part of the trip. I eat in the bar, love the drink and food specials, and have had a positive experience each visit. Bar specials are fabulous for guys on Monday and Tuesday. Great deals and I like the pizza and flatbread specials. Extend them to Wednesdays!!! Jake and Danielle at the bar are great.

Very nice ambiance. One of the best Long Island cocktails I ever had. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. Will definitely come there again.

When Ciatti’s was located downtown next to Herbergers, it was easy to choose them over Olive Garden. Visited the new location once since they moved, and I won’t be back. The food was overpriced, and I found the whole atmosphere pretentious. Not worth the money.

We have had our fair share of poor service in the 15+ times we have been there. At the risk of getting black listed from one of the only decent restaurants in town, I have to give a fair review. The food is great and if you go for happy hour you can get a great deal. The menu is more creative than the Olive Garden and the ambience is better, BUT we have always had better service at other restaurants in town like RJs which I highly recommend. If you want Italian food in St. Cloud, it is the best place — but the staff does not aim to please. Some who work there seem to care, but not everyone and there hasn’t seem to have been any effort to fix that. When I have complained to the hostess on the way out, nothing was done.

This place was pretty happening. Drinks were pretty good(they had my blueberry vodka & soda). Only thing was that my chicken dish was a bit salty. It was wrapped in prosciutto, but man it was really salty. I had to cut off the prosciutto in order to eat the chicken. The service here is excellent. Our wait person was super friendly.

I brought my girls here for a girl day lunch! They had so much fun. The food was very good. I had my regular, the spicy chicken penne, my daughter had the garlic chicken penne, my other daughter and one year old son had kids meals which were both reasonably priced at around 5 dollars per meal which included a beverage and a desert. We will definitely be back for date nights and family meals!

I am accustomed to having a healthy selection of good Italian restaurants. I am especially fond of Italian so I was happy to try Ciatti’s on a recent visit to St. Cloud Minnesota. I was very impressed with the selection of wines by the glass as well as the extensive list of appetizers and mains. Everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing — it made it difficult to decide. Everything was excellent and I really enjoyed having the opportunity to discover Ciatti’s. I do not know when I’ll be back in St. Cloud Minnesota but I’ll definitely try to make it back to Ciatti’s.

Beautiful restaurant. It was a picture-perfect day for lunch, so we sat on the patio. We thought service was attentive and friendly. Lunch entrees both were good. I had the garlic chicken penne. my son had the panini /minestrone soup. The bread they served was good and the breadsticks better than Olive Garden. We didn’t find this place terribly overpriced. It’s much better than an Olive Garden in our opinion. We will definitely go back.

What a secret in St. Cloud, MN! Came here for a bridal shower and was pleasantly surprised by how darling this Italian restaurant is inside. The outside does not to just – appearing to be small, fancy, expensive, etc. from the outside. Large, vaulted ceilings providing a nice, open space. Olive Garden-like dishes(unlimited salad/breadsticks with entrée) but better than thenOlive Garden taste! I would say a step up, without the added cost. Delicious selection of wines; a clean, cozy space, and helpful, friendly staff. Have a casual lunch here. Take a date here. Come for a Happy Hour. You won’t be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I were shopping in St Cloud and wanted to eat somewhere that we don’t have in Hutch… which probably leaves quite a few options. Italian sounded good so we chose to Ciatti’s. The food was delicious! Each entrée includes breadsticks and a house salad. I had eggplant Parmesan. The sauce they served with the pasta was so amazing. It was like a creamy tomato sauce. I saved half for lunch for the next day and it was almost better reheated because all the juices soaked in to the eggplant and pasta. My boyfriend had fettuccini Alfredo. He loved it and ate the whole thing. It was very creamy and heavy which almost resulted in a pretty hefty food coma. When we go back to St Cloud, I will certainly go back to Ciatti’s!

I really enjoyed this place. The service was good, the food amazing by St. Cloud standards. To start I had the calmari. I had the Shrimp Capellini al Fresco which was amazing. The serving size was huge. Enough for several meals(three.) I would highly recommend this place.
