This is a nice location for Tent Camping, since much of the area is covered in large live oak trees, offering shade from the Florida sun. Which is something most area campgrounds don’t seem to offer.
The front pool area is ok and also offers a hot tub. There is a second larger pool, which is unheated, so it can only be used during the heat of the day. There is also a boat launch area and good fishing from the private dock.
The big downfall is that the bath house for the tent camping area is currently under construction, which is causing issues for campers during spring break. The staff is nice but seems too few to handle this renovation along with regular park maintenance.
There is only WIFI access at the pool area, not through-​out the park and there is often very little signal strength available.
