Regularly gets orders wrong. Today I was in there, $ 40 order in store. The shift supervisor herself put my food in the bags and left out THREE(3) items, not one, not two, but three. When I asked how that happens when I’m the only person in the store and other employees have time to stand around and chit-chat, she could not answer. Start to clean up this store by retraining her on customer service, not just pass the bag.

Avoid. The food is horrible and this is a McDonald’s. The staff and management are not any better. They never get anything right.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. My wife purchased a salad. Little did she know after she arrived home the majority of the lettuce was no good. I went back and spoke to the manager. He had them make a new salad at that time. Once I arrived home again the lettuce was spoiled. I decided to go back to McDonald’s and get my money back. At that time the managers excuse was that he had the coolers fixed so that was the reason the lettuce was spoiled. So I question him if they had removed it or were they still serving it everybody else. He did not want to answer.

I avoid McDonalds at all costs. Food is terrible here. Meanwhile, on our way to Wild Florida there are no other places to stop after this, so we pulled it for a quick early bite. My cousin braved the egg and cheese McMuffin and just the smell of it reminded me why I don’t eat here. I was smart enough to order just a parfait and English Muffin. Few can complain about what I ordered and I won’t either. It was fine. This was a clean location and the service was fine. Beyond that, I can’t imagine eating a true meal here, but some seem to do it daily. No thanks.

My friend had 2 egg sandwiches both had EGG Shells in them!!! After a 3 hour drive we were angry! A franchise could get away with this!
