2⁄100 in 100 review challenge 2016 This is a great fun thing to doing. I have taken a few classes now and thoroughly enjoyed each and every one. I have tried the FUNdamentals and the restorative yoga classes. You have to take several of the FUNdamentals classes before moving on to the aerial yoga classes. That is fine because it is nice to know what to expect and be prepared. I whole-heartedly think everyone would enjoy the restorative yoga class. You work areas you forgot you had. You start by stretching your body before moving using the hammock. The movements are simple and not complex at all. Using the hammock is quite fun. This class I attended was 90 minutes long and I probably could have used another 90. Melissa the instructor and owner comes around also and give you a little neck massage as you are relaxing. She talks in a quiet reassuring voice. She makes you feel like you can do anything. She is a wonderful calming force for this class. The yoga class was not as full as the FUNdamental classes I have previously attended. The FUNdamental class is great also just more intense then the yoga class. You are definitely getting a great workout with that class. There is usually an available groupon for 3 classes you can buy online. I would recommended someone looking to try something new to buy this. You will not regret it and have some fun working out at the same time. Most classes are 15.00 each for the 60 minutes classes and 20.00 for the 90 minutes if you just want to buy one to give it a try. They also have weekly and monthly specials. The studio is always organized, well kept and clean. Its just one of those places you walk into and get happy the minute you enter.

Let me start off by saying, I NEVER write reviews on anything unless I am beyond ecstatic. So I just got home a few hours ago from my very first silk/aerial/suspension class ever. I have never done anything like this before. Studio Zero G ISSOAMAZING. I’m from out of town and aerial yoga isn’t as promoted in that area. Here for a few weeks so I decided to try it out. The instructor, Melissa, is the best. She’s fun, friendly, attentive, ensures safety, but still pushes you to try so many different moves. We did a combination of aerial yoga and suspension fitness. We learned a bunch of inversions, a few flips, and as well as some strength training, stretching, and meditation. I’ll definitely be coming back before I leave! I just wish there was a place this great back home! One more time for everyone to hear– I HADSOMUCHFUN. Studio Zero G is so awesome.

I was greeted by a friendly smile at the check in desk where all of my questions were answered. I walked into the peppermint scented studio, met the instructor and the aerial yoga class began. It was a small class, which was nice because everyone received one on one attention. Class started with getting into our hammocks, in a seated position, and wrapping it around ourselves like a cocoon. Here we meditated a while with some deep breathing. Next we moved into yoga poses, using our hammocks for stability. Then the fun really began as we started using some serious upper body strength to swing, swim, flip, and hang upside down. The class ended with more deep breathing and meditating while laying in our hammocks. I didn’t feel like I was getting much of a workout at the time, it was just great fun, but a day later my arms were experiencing some serious soreness! Awesome workout all while having fun.
