105⁄100 in 2016 challenge Cute little family owned café. They have a mixture of table and chairs that give the place that nice homey feeling. You are greeted by both the owners when you enter and they are more then welcoming. I watched them greet several people who walked in by name. Nice touch. Clearly a nice friendly down home place. I had a pick two with consisted of soup and chicken salad served either on a croissant or served on lettuce and tomatoes. I chose the lettuce and tomatoes. The chicken salad had apples in it and just the right amount of mayo. Tons of dill. yummo. The spices are grown in house on a rack in the restaurant. The vegetable soup was great and filling. Amazing different quiches made in house of course and as with the soup. Both change daily depending on the ingredients available. The pick two is also served with a nice little side of fruit. Bathroom was well kept and very clean. Good place and an even better place for a great conversation.

Great food! Owners are very kind and the food choices are not your every day options. Delicious! Love to come here!

Not a very kid friendly place. Kind of small and quaint. Drove by a number of times and thought they were closed until I read the reviews on Unilocal. The people seemed very nice. Also surprised by the menu, a place called a café but they don’t serve breakfast. We had a toddler with us, and although the dining room was completely empty the 3 year old clearly was bugging the woman working behind the counter so we left before ordering. We didn’t stay long enough to try the food but I may give it another try.

Ohh yes! I have been eyeing this«new» little café for a while now and finally went in with a friend. Wow! I have been missing out, apparently for a 15 years. The flavors in my food(and my friend) were out of this world! As the owners will tell you, it’s not a taste for everyone, but it is right up my alley! Garlic and mediterranean spices were powerful! My pasta was a little more al dente than I’d notmally eat but everything else made up for it. My favorite was our garlic toast appetizers though. You pick the cheese(feta in our case) and the rest is just beauty. I could have eaten ten more. The owners, a couple, were very friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. Very cool décor with mismatch table/chair combos. I will definitely be back!

I’m hooked with this place. I always like to find good local spots and this is one of my recent finds. The owners are super nice. So far I have tried the Lemon rice soup, flounder sandwich, Angel hair eggplant pasta and the butter and pumpkin bars. Everything has been so flavorful. I can’t wait to try more items.

Informal, friendly, creative, and tasty. All this and reasonable prices, too. When I had lunch there, I chatted with the chef while she worked and didn’t feel at all out of place. The tastes were varied and created FRESH for each guest. A great experience. Don’t let the location fool you.. . SLC would be a perfect fit for a New Orleans or a San Francisco neighborhood!
