Computer Connection

I have bought computers and had their technicians in my home for computer repair. In each instance they have surpassed expectations. I recommend them without reservation.

I dumped a water bottle on my mac air book and brought it in. They tried to dry it out overnight but it was just too damaged. They were nice enough not to charge me anything and gave me a number to call that specializes in macs. These guys are fair!

The owner called me about this issue and has made me happy. He apologized for the error. He had a new employee that day

Brought computer in on Thursday with 2, I’ll repeat 2 hardware problems. I clearly told the guy at the front desk who assured me it would be no problem. The next day another person called me and said they were having trouble getting the part to fix the first problem but it would be fixed and ready to go on Monday. I asked about the second problem, which he said he knew nothing about and had no notes on but he would add the notes and it shouldn’t be a problem.
No one called me on Monday as promised, so I called on Tuesday. I talked to a third person who told me problem number one was fixed and I could come in and pick up the computer. I again asked about problem two, to which he responded that he didn’t know anything about problem two. He said he would look into it and call me.
I called a few hours later and they said they couldn’t find the parts for problem two. Then in the evening they called me and said they weren’t able to find the parts for problem two, and if I wanted the rest of the computer was working and I could pick it up anytime. I said I needed to get the whole thing fixed so he asked if I wanted them to open it up and look at it. Isn’t that what you were supposed to be doing since Thursday? Finally I got fed up and went and picked up my computer half fixed. They charged me extra for the labor for trying to download the drivers to fix problem two. Which if they would have listened to me in the beginning they would have known that was a waste of time. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
