Desert Endodontics

I was a employee for this business for about 4 months and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I have had. I felt so belittled every single day by one of the dentists to the point I wouldn’t even dare talk during procedures because I could tell he could not stand me. I went into the bathroom atleast 5 times during the 4 month time period and cried because I was so embarrassed and hurt by the way he treated me. He ignored me daily, never told me I was doing good, and everything that went wrong was always somewhat my fault. I dreaded going to work but needed to keep my job to help support my son and husband while my husbands work wasn’t able to provide for us. I left work on a Thursday and then that next day I got a call from his finance manager. It was About 2 weeks before Christmas he had his finance manager call me and tell me that they let me go. He didn’t even have the guts to call me into his office and have a adult conversation and to let me know what I did wrong and that he was firing me! Still to this day I have NO idea besides the fact that I’m a mom and through the dental field I have heard he doesn’t like to hire women with young children because their family comes first, so I’m taking that was why he decided to let me go because I had to leave early due to my child throwing up at the sitters. I will never step foot in that building again because of how I was treated, I will take my business elsewhere and so will all my family+friends.

Fantastic experience. Went to have a tooth looked at; he didn’t lie to me and tell me it needed a root canal. In fact, told me not to believe it if anyone else told me that was the solution to what turned out to be a periodontal issue. The endodontist saw me twice to make sure we didn’t jump to conclusions. He didn’t even charge me for the exam. Wish I still lived here so I could return for a tooth that does look like it is heading for a root canal.

Excellent Endodontics, I had a redu root canal due to infection and he did a very good job.
The only con they DON“T take any dental insurance and you have to pay out of pocket and Insurance will reimburse you directly .
I hope I will never ever again need any root canal but if one day I need one for sure I will to Dr. Clay William.
