Did you know that a pro cyclist from the the USA development team is one of the spin instructors at this gym. I recently had his class and it was awesome. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. Also Margret teaches a great class. This is a smaller more personable gym than the others in town. Its like Cheers where «Everyone knows your name». If you want a great place to come so to look and feel better, this is the place.

Desert palms has everything you need in a gym at one of the best monthly prices iv seen in St George. Good equipment, sauna, hot tub, daycare, and nice locker rooms. Iv tried a few others but I like this gym best. Not too packed with people either. And free classes! That’s worth the price right there:)
