Lots of growing pains for this relatively new company. I’ve ordered twice on separate occasions only to have issues with both orders. My order in December shipped and arrived in a reasonable time frame, however the shipping box quality was poor and was packed loosely allowing ammo to shift resulting in broken bags, loose ammo escaping from box damage. I emailed High Country twice regarding this issue but never received a response. On to April… Place order April 29, waited 10 days, nothing. My cc was charged May1. Began emailing and calling, no response. Recording on their landline states they are behind in shipping but offered an email address for inquires. Tried that one and did receive a response from Renee claiming a mix up on my order. After a few conversations, I was offered an extra 50 rounds for my trouble and the order was shipped that day. Received in two days to find the ammo box ordered had a broken latch and would not lock securely. Emailed Renee again. She claimed to have sent another latch assembly. That was a week ago, still waiting… High Country Ammunition has vowed to catch up and their goal to be shipping next day by June. We’ll see… Currently, there are better internet 9 mm buying options out there but I will continue to monitor High Country due to their high quality product and proximity to my location.
