Hummel’s Automotive Diagnostic’s and Repair

I’ve always loved coming to Hummels I would go out of my way to always come to them for any problems. Recently, during their Christmas special I went to get my oil change and specifically asked them to check my air pressure. When I picked it up they said they had put more air in two of my tires and everything was fine and I went on my way. 20 minutes later my tire popped causing me to get an accident. This accident was caused by the lack of carefulness and point blank were not honest about my car when they checked it. After taking it to another repair shop they confirmed the popped tire was not due to a nail or anything that may had popped it. When I called to address the repairman who worked on my car he conveniently wasn’t there but said he would call me back the next day. After no call the next day I called and asked to speak to their manager. After telling him the circumstances he point blank said it wasn’t his problem and tried blaming the entire accident on me. After being treated so rude and unprofessional and with $ 1000.00 in repairs I had to pay out of my pocket, I will confidently say I will never come to hummels again and you have lost my business along with everyone I have shared this story with.

While rolling through Utah in a rented RV, John agreed to see us for emergency repairs and diagnostics @ 6pm when other shops wouldn’t.
John was calm, informative, and even waded through the barrage of questionable work done to our RV t pinpoint cause and fixes. He even drove to meet us in the town next door later that evening when we needed him.
My family and I are much appreciative of John, and am confident in supporting him and his shop.

I have nothing but praise’s to speak about this shop. My family and I were driving from California to Utah in a rented RV when everything started falling apart. First the AC went out, which was excruciating due to the 100+ degrees outside. Then the turning signals and brake lights stopped working. We were in dire need to get off the road and find help!!! After calling numerous shops and being turned away John at Hummel’s answered our prayers. Extremely courteous over the phone and calming, which helped cause I was in panic mode with an RV full of sweaty irritated children and family. He gave us clear directions and when we pulled in was attentive, savvy and helped us get back on the road. About 16 – 20 miles down the road everything stopped working again and new problems started arising. We gave John a call and he drove out to us after hours and got us up and running again. Thank you John for your dedication and helping our family in our time of need. I highly recommend this shop and its knowledgeable staff to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. THANK YOU JOHN!!!

Beyond amazing customer service! Was able to get an RV in for electrical repairs last minute and was welcomed to great care for the entire family, pets too. Our repairman was John and he went above and beyond his duties as a repairman. He serviced our RV after hours and even drove out a few miles to help us out. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially when you’re in an unknown area like we were. Highly recommend his shop to anyone in need of some repairs.
