My boyfriend and I were staying the night in St George after hiking at Mt Zion for the day. We were really craving milkshakes and got on Unilocal to find a good place near us. We came across Iceberg and started reading the reviews. Almost all of them said that the food was terrible, but the shakes were great. We did see one or two reviews saying they hated the shakes but we decided to go anyways. BIGMISTAKE. We ordered 1 oreo cookie shake and 1 cookie dough shake. Why even call these shakes??? They are literally ice cream. They don’t even give you a straw with them, just a spoon. I tried mine and thought it was pretty lack luster. My boyfriend and I switched and tried eachothers. They tasted exactly the same. We were so disappointed! Especially after wasting $ 10.00 on them! We threw them away after two bites each and drove to a Jack In the Box instead.(Who by the way, I think has the best oreo shake of any place I’ve ever tried) Don’t go here!

The place was EXTREMELY dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped for quite some time, the walls had food caked to them and the doors around the knobs were black and disgusting. The restrooms were filthy also.

Wanted a non-chain alternative, wish I’d gone to McDonalds. First of all, dirty tables — and not that crowded. Ordered and food was terrible. Milkshake machine having issues to our mini was put into a bigger cup, cup in a cup and just marginal softserve disguised as a milkshake. Burger bun stale, too much mustard, mustard only condiment. Fries greasy, onion rigs tough. Couldn’t even begin to finish our food and we were starving. Oh and the music !!! An assault on the senses.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and pastrami burger and received two single burgers instead. 20 minutes until our food is finally received complete with insincere apology. Having worked in the restaurant industry I am disappointed that they couldn’t offer a sincere apology, wouldn’t comp the meal, took back the mistake burgers that were already touched and didn’t offer even a free fry. Very disappointing especially because my groceries were waiting to head back home and our ice cream was melting in the car :(

We didn’t try the food, but the banana shake and the strawberry shake were superb, and huge. We are from out of town but will definitely come back her if we get the chance!

The shakes(huge portions) and onion rings were really tasty. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Ha, they said«mini» shake. So big I couldn’t begin to finish it. Lots of flavors so I went with the banana. Great chunks of banana and thick shake. Also had the double burger and fries. Burger was good and what I expected. I like a beefier burger where this one was on the smaller side even for a double. Soft bun, shredded lettuce, American cheese and a tomato slice. Crispy diner fries with a tasty dipping sauce. Go for the shakes.

3⁄5 of the order messed up, 25 minutes to correct. «Cook» actually said eat it the way it’s made. Order was simple, plain cheeseburger & hot dogs! They kept adding onions, mustard & ketchup(not ordered). «Shakes» are not drinkable shakes. Find somewhere else! Go to Culvers!

I’m conflicted while I write this review. The burgers aren’t too special. They’re definitely better than McDonalds or Burger King, but they don’t compare to In-n-Out. The fries were very good, but the star of the meal was the shake. It’s more like soft serve ice cream than a shake, but eating it with a spoon doesn’t bother me. The taste was also great. The biggest problem I have is, I ordered a mini shake and I could only eat about ¼ of it. It’s supposed to be a mini, but it came in a super-sized cup. It’s too much. They must have so much ice cream in the garbage. Only get a shake if you have 5 or 6 friends helping you eat it.

Just got shakes at the drive thru. HUGE a** and way too big for one person. Cannot speak to the regular food or quality of it like others have… my vote? Just drive through and grab a shake(oh yeah, way too thick to really be a shake) but delish.

They served my pregnant wife a RAW burger!!! When confronted about the issue, BAILEY the«manager» was a horrible help and would not give any contact information for a higher manager. Refused to give any phone number for or anything, stating«we don’t have a number for the GM or the owner». HORRIBLESERVICE! This will be going to corporate, and I will be relentless.

OHH man I look forward to coming here when I visit my parents. The onion rings are the best and huge! The milkshakes are huge too and awesome. I love most of the flavor and the bubble gum one is awesome. The burgers are yummy too! I can’t wait to go back!

Pretty large portions, my brother got the chicken strip dinner and it was a behemoth of a basket. My mother and I split the rodeo burger, and that was enough for us. They also gave us a generous amount of barbeque and fry sauce. First off, the rodeo burger was amazing. Its topped off with a huge onion ring and a generous amount of bacon. The french fries are a delight as well. We got a combo that included a mini shake. It sounded nice, a delightful mini shake to top off a great american meal. Well, there’s nothing«mini» about these shakes! I ordered the red raspberry shake and it was huuuuge. Delicious, and it tasted like a real, actual raspberry shake. It comes as a cup within a cup, but still, enormous. All in all I was happy we stopped by Iceberg!

This is just your run of the mill fast food joint set apart by their offering of a good selection of shakes. They are very large and they have good flavors, but it’s basically what you would expect. Its basically a DQ in many senses.

Since we have family that lives in Ivins, we’re down in the St. George area quite often. This last time around, we had to do a quick back and forth trip kinda late at night and planned to take the wifey to Chick-fil-A for the first time. Due to traffic on the freeway, we ended up getting there way too late and Iceberg was about the only place open at 11pm. If anyone from Chick-fil-A happens to read this, you should really consider changing your hours. We came into a packed restaurant and for the entire time we were there, people just kept rolling in. Maybe someone who’s just looking to get rich quick could open a burger joint and keep it open 24 hours here? I’ll take a small cut for the advice! ;) This a pretty typical fast food joint, apart from some unique little decorations and a pretty neat«local spot» feel to it. The dining area is huge here with tons of seating, and even though the staff was mostly just high school kids, it was surprisingly clean. I dig the napkin dispenser at every table too! As far as the menu goes, it’s pretty big with quite a few choices for burgers, dogs, sandwiches and even some fish options. The shakes and handmade soda menu is what really stands out though. I’m not sure exactly how many flavors they offer but it’s a lot and almost a bit overwhelming. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted but sadly, they had just ran out of a soda I wanted to try and I opted for a Nutella shake. For a fast food joint… wow! The shake was thick, it actually tasted like Nutella and even the«mini» size was pretty big. Definitely the star of the show as the food just took this whole thing downhill for me… I ended up ordering the pastrami burger and obviously, it’s fast food so I’m not expecting something amazing… but even for fast food, this was one of the worst burgers I’ve had. The patty itself was so small that even if it did have any flavor, I wouldn’t be able to taste it over the dry bun and wilted soggy lettuce. And even though the pastrami wasn’t terrible, it did nothing for the burger as a whole. There was actually a lot more of it on the sandwich and in the photo I took, you can’t even see the burger patty… it was that small. For $ 9 friggin’ bucks, c’mon! The fries weren’t much better either, but thankfully they were served with an okay fry sauce for at least some flavor. If you do come here, at least sign up for the loyalty club at the counter. The pricing for this fast food joint is pretty steep and even with the 15% off from that, we still spent about $ 25. I highly doubt I’d ever come back here again, but if I had too… I’d definitely skip the food and go for a shake only!

I don’t go into an Iceberg experience expecting all of life’s mysterious and worries to be solved, so by the time I finished my shake, I still had concerns in regards to my employment prospects and academic endeavors; the rice crispy shake was tasty, though. Iceberg fails to offer a different experience than most fast food joints. However, it does provide a better one. With some of the best fries in town and tasty ice cream, Iceberg keeps me coming back when similar places have at one time or another grossed me out.

It is your typical burgers, shakes and onion rings kind of drive-inn. We were spending a longer day then usual in Utah today and knew we were not eating until reaching Cedar City so I wanted something sweet to tide me over. I suggested coming here to Iceberg since I read on Unilocal they had really good ice cream and shakes. Pulling into the parking lot the place was packed so I took that as a good sign. when I was reading the menu I couldn’t believe how many varieties of shakes they have to offer. I decided on a large«Double Chocolate Dipped Cone» and it was yummy. The chocolate ice cream was good. My hubby ordered a «Grilled Footlong» that had mustard and ketchup on it. The hot dog was split down the middle and grilled. I am not a big fan of it cooked that way but I took a couple of bites and it tasted decent. Our total was just under $ 6 for both. The service was friendly. I thought the menu seemed sort of pricey for certain items but reasonable on other items. I want to stop by again and try the shakes and onion rings. I have a feeling this will be more of a dessert stop since they have a drive-thru.

Their«Mini» shake is huge! I went here with my family on the way home from Zion park. It was decent food. I got a burger with the fries. The fries were really good-I liked the dipping sauce it came with. The best part of the meal was the shake. They are huge! I got a small and it looked like a large. There were so many different flavors to try that if I was ever stopping through St. George again I would go back to get a different flavor. For my first time I settled on chocolate chip cookie dough-an excellent choice if you ask me. I really enjoyed it! All in all I say if you come here you have to get a shake because that is the best thing on the menu. Ok food, great shakes. If I was to go again it would just be to get another.
