This place went out of business after taking prepayments for services they knew they wouldn’t be able to fulfill. This should be a crime. Does anyone have information about this place? Owner name? Official name of the business? I’m trying to see if they filed for bankruptcy.

It’s not that their office wasn’t nice or anything. It was simply the front desk customer service. I have called in different times for questions concerning different treatments and every time get the same treatment. She will ask my name, I will ask my questions, be put on hold because she is never able to answer them. She then answers and calls me by a different name, I correct her and she laughs and laughs. She just seems very distracted. I also can’t opt out of their texts. Awesome.
