Monster Storage

I liked it until it was time to move out… Karen tried to debit my bank account two weeks EARLY… It was ALWAYS debited on the fifth of the month… Checking my bank statements, I also saw where they debited my account for MORE than my monthly rate… I participated in their PROMO for the free unit for the month of December… But, I was arbitrarily charged $ 45 even though I had already paid (ACH) for my first unit’s monthly fee of $ 35 for the month of December… **FREE** does not mean $ 45… Brad tried to bill me for an additional unit on 12/​22, even though that **FREE** unit was for the ENTIRE MONTH of December… I also received a voice mail rudely telling me that I had left a bicycle there when I moved out… I don’t even own a bicycle! Karen said she «threw it away» for me! Brad did not give me a receipt for the $ 45 which I DID NOT OWE!!! Fortunately, I have ALL of my electronic records AND Voice Mail messages as proof! Other than DISHONESTY & RUDENESS, Monster was okay…

Very very clean with very good security. The employees are very very helpful. The only thing from stopping from a 5 star rating is the price. It does get a little pricy but if you have the money and items you want kept safe then monster storage is for you.
