The service was very sub-​par and what I’ve come to expect of any mobile phone carrier in store or on the phone. Just bad service overall. Waited while 3 of the 4 workers stared at a guy putting on a screen protector. They were totally inept when asked technical questions about my phone when I was hoping to get some professional advice. The workers are mostly 21 year old college aged dudes.

This is not so much a review of this Sprint location, although it’s a real bear to get in and out of, but more about the horrid service of Sprint. I have never been more upset with a vendor than my experience with Sprint. I would avoid them at costs. Enough said.
