I called Scott twice. Both times he came out in a flash. He knows everything and how to fix it fast. You pay less for his service call than others, and a min. charge of $ 85.00. He carries all of the parts you need on his truck. BELIEVE me, we have hired others and so have our neighbors and regretted it. HIRE TRI-STATE. Get Scott out there and get it fixed. He stays very busy and does not advertise. There is a reason. He is just that good. The others are just that bad.
