The waffle tasted different, I didn’t really want to finish it. A little soggy, waaay to sweet. Presentation was a little sloppy. The service window is a little high, and hard to talk to the people. Overall, an average experience. I think it’s to pricy for what you get… Also wondering why they would need a microwave on the truck???

This food truck is AMAZING! Their strawberry sunshine is the best thing I’ve ever tasted! They have homemade whipped cream that is to die for and you have to try the frozen hot chocolate! Very friendly workers too! It’s always my families favorite thing to do! And in response to Damon: I’ve never had any problems locating them, their instagram is always updated and I’ve called for catering before and it wasn’t difficult to reach an owner at all!

As far as food trucks go, this one seems to be poorly executed. Their social media is rarely updated with their location which makes it difficult to find them and they have never answered their phone when attempted to be reached. You’re best off going to Waffle Love if you’re in St. George.

Dough is a pretty good quality, crunchy on the edges and soft as you work in. The Strawberry Sunshine is fantastic. The lemon curd was fresh and not over barring in sweetness. Great assortment of different combinations and you also have the ability to make your own creation.
