Tammy Campbell – Coldwell Banker Brokers of The Valley

I had the pleasure of working with Tammy Campbell and Brokers of the Valley on two different occasions. The first was in 2008 during the purchase of my first home. The second was in 2015 – 16 when I sold that home and purchased another. Both times I was more than satisfied with the service that I received. I honestly believe that she went above and beyond to make the process as enjoyable and smooth as possible, from deciding to buy/​sell all the way to signing the final papers. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to advocate for me and my interests as both a seller and a buyer. Her promptness and professionalism exceeded the norm during every step of the process. She made sure that all i’s were dotted and all t’s were crossed in order to protect my interests. With Tammy’s expertise, I was able to negotiate what I wanted on both occasions. I highly recommend Tammy and her services. You couldn’t ask for a more honest, dedicated, or pleasing person to work with.

My husband and I just went through the process of selling our house. We were fortunate enough to get a referral from a friend to contact Tammy Campbell of Coldwell Banker in St. Helena, Ca.
What a godsend this was. Tammy was, from the very beginning, beyond our expectations. With less than 24 hr. notice, she acquired more information on our house than what we ever had! She presented it in a customized booklet for us that also had the history of her company, Coldwell Banker. Tammy even presented us with a connection to a realtor in the town and state that we were moving to!
Tammy very tactfully helped me de clutter our house to get ready for the professional photographer, had a connection of someone to help haul away stuff and bring in landscape material and then spread it around. After this she had a man come in with a drone to film the outside of the house. This was very awesome! The finished product was a well done virtual tour of the inside of our house and a spectacular fly by of the outside of the house all to be placed on the Internet for marketing. The open house was incredible. Tammy had cupcakes with the house address placed on them to give out along with a large brochure of the property. The surrounding neighborhoods were supplied with picture post cards advertising a special viewing for them before the general public came to view.
Amazingly our house sold in 9 days! We were on vacation at the time. We figured we would have to return home to sign papers. We were wrong. Tammy introduced us to the electronic Docu sign. How cool was this. In the comfort of our rental (in another state) we were able to sign all of our documents with Tammy on the phone walking us through the process, and then we were able to finish our vacation.
The sale of our house took 3 weeks to complete! Tammy’s document coordinator, Katie, kept us abreast of the paper work with Docu sign through out the whole selling process. Whenever we had a question, day or night, Tammy was there via phone, text, or email in a very timely fashion. She was great at negotiating with the buyers on our behalf, and has a very calming manner that kept our anxiety levels at check. Tammy is the first realtor to go with us to the title company to sign the final papers to make sure all went smoothly.
Would we use Tammy again? Yes in a heart beat! Will we refer her to others… you bet. Tammy Campbell is the best realtor ever.
