LIARSANDCHEATERSDONOTGOTHERE! So my wife and I change carriers to Verizon. I told them that I wanted to keep my bill at the same($ 125) or less. They said it’s not a problem. I also signed up for an employer discount. My bill ended up being $ 145 per month and the employer discount is not available on my plan(but the store employee said it was, it took me over 4 months to get that information) now I have to pay another $ 15 so I can get the discount which is not a discount if I have to pay more. I have had nothing but lies from this store. I have tried to call corporate and they told me I have to work it out with the store where I purchased. The store(TCC) says I have to work it out with corporate. They even tried to send me to a corporate store. No one wants to help! They waited until I was outside the 14 day return policy to tell me that I should have came in with in the 14 day return policy to get something done. They are liars and cheaters. All they care about is getting a commission on what they sell you and will do anything that they can to cheat you.

This store over charges for everything a cell phone for $ 200 here sells for $ 145 at the corporate Verizon store. Don’t get tricked into purchasing anything here. They throw a bunch of features on your bill that you didn’t ask for or told them no you don’t want it. They only email your receipt but your setting up your new phone’s so you can’t check when you’re there. They throw your new screen protector on for you then tell you that you can’t return it because it’s used. They charge a $ 35 dollar restocking fee per phone so your out $ 65 per phone before you can even walk out the door. Save yourself the hassle just find a corporate Verizon store… this is not one!!! I bought 4 phones here a galaxy note 5 a galaxy s6 and 2 galaxy cores all are at least $ 45 cheaper at the corporate Verizon store. Verizon isn’t able nore willing to help you with anything because it’s a third-party store. If they tell you it’s a deal then save yourself it’s not.

I purchased a droid turbo 2 shortly after its release. After using it for a few days I had several people tell me over the phone that it «sounded like I was underwater» and they couldn’t understand me. Since there was a 14 day return policy I took my phone in to the store. They attempted to fix it and sent me on my way. Problem not solved! I live a half hour away so I now make yet another trip back within the 14 days where they replace my sim card. Problem still not solved. I return for the 4th total time and the nice gentleman calls the manager«Alex» to see what he can do. Alex said there was nothing he could do. It is outside of the 14 day return period. Thankfully the nice people at the store gave me insurance on my phone after I TOLDTHEMNOTTO. And I can hopefully get a different one myself through insurance. Now, Mr. Manager. I come into your store where I agree to purchase a brand new phone. I didn’t sign up for a broken piece of junk. Whatever, I do as I’m told and return within the 14 days if there’s a problem. Not once but twice. Then you can’t help me out? Because I returned for the third time after the 14 days? Are you kidding me? Now because you sold me a defective, brand new phone out of the box, I have to turn it into the insurance company myself and can likely end up with a REFURBISHEDPHONE. Thanks a lot for making me clean up something that, in my eyes, should be your responsibility. I will not be coming here anymore and I will strongly urge others that read this review and others who I speak to personally not to take their business here. Sincerely Wayne Fogel
