This was my first time using a home inspector and Manny was great. He was very thorough and detailed with his inspection and report. His report included pictures of everything inspected and also a video of the roof. Being a first time home buyer he walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. I would defiantly recommend Manny’s services to anyone looking to buy a home.

Manny is the best! Very honest and trustworthy. He did a great job — very thorough. We asked 100s of questions and he answered everything! We called a few places to get quotes — Manny was the only person to take the time on the phone to explain what exactly he does and reassures you that he has your best interest in mind. His final report is very detailed and includes photos which will be helpful when we actually move into the house! He was also very understanding when we had to move the inspection the day of by an hour. Highly recommend!
