This cozy, warm, elite décor shop rates an A+ when it comes to customer service. I had purchased some items for my home four months ago that didn’t work out after completing construction. I had misplaced my receipt also. Although their policy clearly states that there are no returns or exchanges after 7 days, I explained my situation to the owner and she kindly gave me a store credit. My purchase was also computerized, thereby making it easy to trace. I will continue to give this store my business!

Very friendly atmosphere. The items are a little crowded but it’s done in a nice way. This is my first time here. The prices seem to be pretty normal for these places. The sales person said they have ladies nights which should be fun.
