Red Key Realty is phenomenal. They helped me find my first home.
My Realtor’s name is Frank Lopez, he walked me through everything step by step, every single inch of the way. I was very nervous and scared about the entire process, as any new home owner to be would — but we took our time and when I finally found my place after searching high and low in the Illinois and Indiana region, I found the place in my price range that I thought I would never be able to afford. Thanks to Frank for helping me find the place of my dreams, and also being a true friend throughout the entire process. It was a long long long process, I chose to go the nontraditional route of a short sale, but we are closing shortly and I couldn’t be happier with my decisions.
Frank is honest, to the point and would never steer you away from what YOU want, it’s not a money game for him, he wants you to be honestly happy with your choices and decisions as well as comfortable. He works hard, he returns emails, phone calls, questions anything you throw at him promptly, great personable attitude and ready to work hard for you! At the end of the day you have to be happy and he does whatever he can to find that for you in the homes that fit your criteria.
The process is much less of a stressful situation when you have a Realtor that understands you, listens to your needs and wants in a home, in the area that you desire and doesn’t try to talk you out of what you really want — I definitely would recommend Red Key Realtor’s in the St. John area of Indiana to ANYONE! They are seriously some of the best Realtor’s and people out there! He’s become a great friend! You will not be disappointed.
