Over the last couple months, we have dropped over $ 3000 here between my truck and my sons car. My truck had to be brought back 3 times before they got the wheel bearing and ball joint right. My sons car has issues as well. We won’t be back.

Very friendly staff at this location. They were able to replace my damaged fender liner for less than what I expected. I bought my own parts on Amazon and they did it for $ 40.

I’ve been going here for years. Always friendly and good prices. Recently my roll bars deployed when I hit a pot hole and I couldn’t see out back window. I read online the fix was simple but you had to be strong and I knew I couldn’t do it myself. They fixed them in five minutes and when I tried to pay said it was free! Great people

Very impressed. Came in with a screw embedded in a tire. Was told they’d look at my tire and assess whether a patch would work or if I needed a new one. Said they’d start working on my car in 15 minutes — and they did. Was out the door with a patch in 45 minutes. Set and met my expectations.

Brought my car in for an oil change and general inspection in preparation for a road trip. A few items were identified and repaired satisfactorily. One issue was a light not working (all the other running lights were working). After attempting to fix the light, I was informed it was going to take a much longer time (over an hour) at a fairly significant cost for them to diagnose the problem. Since it was a side light, I decided not to spend the money and took the car home only to find none of the running lights working. The mechanic had blown the fuse. I replaced the fuse myself and found the socket for the light to be defective (this took me about 5 minutes). I would otherwise have given at least a 4 star rating, but question their ability to troubleshoot electrical problems.

I received a great oil change price with free rotation included coupon. Called to see if they could fit me in on a Saturday. My wife was going on a trip with the car the following week. They could but asked me to leave the car all day. No worries, I did and also asked them to balanced the tires which was extra.
They called and said the car was ready just before 5. Went to pick up and was told they did not balance the tires because they did not need it when they checked. They did not charge me for the balance. When my wife got home with the car I checked everything out. They did not even rotate the tires OR take them off the car to check the balance. I am pretty sure they just got busy and did not have time or forgot. I wish they would have just told me that. Other than that the staff was friendly and not pushy.
I did however go to another tire shop the next day and purchased two new tires.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this Tuffy on Racetrack. The staff is courteous, helpful and informative. They always explain things to be in a way I can understand. They drive me to and from my house if needed. They are great to work with. 5 stars from me!

Whomever the previous reviews were talking about must have «left the building!» We took our car there to get an opinion as to what was wrong with the car. Oh, they where eager to point out lots of issues… All BS… They wanted to charge us over $ 1000 for absolutely needless repairs. All this cost us $ 85 dollars. We got a second opinion at the dealership of our cars make, and guess what… After a FREE inspection they determined a bad motor mount worth $ 200 was the issue and labor was $ 60 dollars. Oh, I forgot, they also washed the car as a curtesy…
Stay away, unless you like throwing away money. Lots of money!
