Bought my son a pair of UA sunglasses for baseball. In less than 2 months a small plastic post cracked. Asked the store manager about it and he said ‘nothing we can do, take it up Under Armor’. Wouldn’t even discount another pair. Won’t ever be back to this store.

Customer service here is terrible and slow! There is never anyone in any department. They only use one register no matter how many people are in line and they move very slow…

We came to buy a kayak for our daughter for Christmas. They did not have the one we wanted, but did have one that we were interested in. There was one that was clearly mislabeled. It said it was a 6 foot youth model, but the kayak was at least 10 foot. My husband looked all over the store and finally found an employee, who said he would send someone over to help. We waited for 15 minutes, and then he went searching for help again. Once again, he found an employee who advised that she would page someone to the area. We waited another 15 minutes and finally gave up and left. I had plans to purchase other items as well, but was not willing to spend any money there after the lack of customer service we experienced.
