Do NOT use these people. I relied on them to find problems with my recent purchase and was completely disappointed. The basement floods ($ 10,000 to repair), there is expose aspestos in the basement, insufficient insulation, the land around the house has had to be regraded away from the house, I paid extra for a pool inspection and it was broken. With all the unexpected costs they have left me in serious financial trouble and they would take no responsibilities for ANY of their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
