Went in for an eyebrow wax and pedicure. My eyebrows look great. She took her time and dos a great job. My pedicure was another story. The man sat down and started chopping away at my toenails. I expressed I wanted to keep them longer. He continued cutting them down. He cut my one big toe so short it was painful. He couldn’t understand what I was saying to him but I was in tears because it actually hurt since he cut into the bed. I kept reminding him as he cut. I should have gotten up and left. He did the same to the other big toe. Starting sanding and I told him to stop because he was now rounding them off and sanding down the sides creating this oval shape? I’ve NEVER gotten a pedicure where that’s a thing? He cut the sides of my big toes and narrowed them. After tears and frustration the lady I perceived to be in charge painted and she said that I should have told him, and I had several times. She used the excuse that he must not have understood. She still charged me full price! Can’t wear work shoes today because my toes are so sore!

My sister in law and I were visiting from out of town and visited this salon. I wanted my shellack manicure redone. The salon was small and we were customers 3 and 4 after they opened their doors Monday morning. There were only two employees working and more clients came in the door as we waited. The two employees went between customers without pausing to wash their hands. My manicure was rushed and horrible. No base coat was applied and one of my fingers was cut as one of the employees roughly scaled my old polish off. My sister in law had a pedicure and the paint was chipping off the same day. She was wearing flip flops the whole day. You get what you pay for with this salon because the service matched the cheep prices.
