made an impromptu stop here on a trip to St. Joe’s. it was not busy and the marina was relaxing. there are clean areas to change before & after. the owner was super friendly. it was a great first-time kayaking experience! will be back!

Thank you for the great experience! Scott was very helpful, we mentioned groupon and he applied the discount. My mother’s kayak seat was getting some water, came back and they gave us a new one without any problems. Loved the smaller turns were we could relax more and enjoy the great views.

Scott was very nice and helpful. I mentioned there was a groupon for a canoe/kayak rental and he honored the groupon price. The general route is very suburbia but there is another way to go if you complete the route early, just ask Scott.

We bought a Groupon for our recent trip to Michigan to do some canoeing on the St. Joseph River. The guys at the Livery were great. Very friendly and helpful. My only complaint might be the location. We paddled up current for the first couple of hours and then floated back down. The entire time we were surrounded by suburbia. Cute houses, but I just felt like I was trapped in a subdivision. Maybe we should have headed towards the lake…
Like I said, though, the staff was great. Good prices with the Groupon discount. I just crave more nature when I am paddling around.
