AS my garbage did not get picked up the Tuesday after labor day and did not get picked up last Monday. I am on the chat with their Internet site. I get a Hello! How can I help you? When I ask the question as to why it has not been picked up there is no answer. I emailed to make sure my bill was paid and I am good until November 1, 2013. I certainly will not be renewing since this is not the first time this has happened.
