Yikes! I always enjoyed dealing with my rep from Bryant in the past. This year, however, Joel Johnson, the «President» was very rude and unaccommodating. Guess the customer isn’t always right! The attached picture of our email communication says it all. We will not be doing business with them again any time soon!
