This place is terrible! First they rang up the order wrong, then they gave me the incorrect change back. I watched while they handed 8 sandwiches, eight, to a man and he asked them to help bag the food so he could carry. They handed him the bags, walked away and began talking about their weekend. Then after ringing up incorrectly, they still didn’t even make my sandwich and 15 minutes later asked what I ordered. WTH. Get some management in here to turn this place around.

Literally just ordered a sandwich from this location at 8:19pm online. Waited around for the delivery guy for 40 minutes until I figured I’d give them a call to see where my order was. Spoke with the manager and said they had no order for me and«sometimes that happens.» He found it by phone number and said the delivery guy should be around sometime. I stated I’ve been waiting for it for close to an hour and he nonchalantly says«you’re just 20 minutes short of an hour». Keep in mind I live one mile from this location and ordered one sandwich. Freaky fast my ass.

Awful is an understatement. Terrible customer service. Employees for whatever reason are completely rude to the customers. Sandwiches are thrown together with old product and crusty bread. I honestly don’t think they rotate their inventory. Whoever is running this chain should realize how bad it is and either: A. Restaff and learn how to run a restaurant B. Sell the place Avoid this Jimmy Johns at all costs

Delivery is the only reason I go to these guys. Corporate came in and told them as I was 2 blocks out of their optimum range, they couldn’t deliver here anymore. WTH? I’ve got 2 stores that I could drive to in less than 5 minutes, but neither will deliver. I work in my home office, so if I have to drive, there are DOZENS of better options right next to these 2 places, and I guess, I’ll got there. The guy on the phone was apologetic, but said, they’d received a visit from some corporate suits, and were told not to deliver here. F-You Jimmy Johns corporate. Never will you get a cent from me again you short-sighted corporate retards.

Horrible customer service, everyone is rude and treat customers like crap. I didn’t get a thank you and my sub was slammed on the register part. I felt as if I did something wrong; she couldn’t even hand it to me. Subs are good but employees need to be switched out for a more happy atmosphere.

Very poor service. The staff there is not trained in deliveries. I would recommend only ordering from here for pickups and ordering in person not over the phone.

Two times now I have ordered delivery from this store where delivery has taken over an hour. Staff that answers the phone is unapologetic acting like it is our fault for ordering delivery. Freaky slow. I will never order from this store again. Never have had a problem with the other stores when ordering from friend’s houses or work.

I have never eaten in the restaurant(or even been in it) so I wouldn’t know anything about the loud music, but I do know that everytime I order a sandwich from this place, I get what I order. I usually order delivery(because I have 2 babies under 2) and it always seems to come in a timely fashion. When I order online and request they knock on the door instead of ringing the doorbell(so they don’t wake my babies up) they always do. The veggies are fresh, and the bread is always delicious. Maybe one of these days when I’m feeling really adventurous, I’ll venture out and eat at the restaurant to see how loud the music really is!

My office is less than a mile away from this particular Jimmy John’s; I have placed my order 15 minutes ago… it still has not arrived. Freaky fast??? I don’t think so. Disappointed? Definately!

I go through this JJ drive-thru at least once a month and order the same thing I’ve been eating for years. #5 no onions easy sauce. Nowadays I’m getting sandwiches for the kids on days when its just too much to make dinner after swim lessons. One with cheese, one without. My sandwiches are always correctly made and correctly labeled. Never once has my sandwich been oversauced. Once when the line was crazy long they gave me free chips. The service is FINE. I’ve never noticed the volume of the music from outside, but I believe y’all when you say this location is extra loud.(I frequent other JJs and find they all have loud music) Still, I feel like they deserve more than one star. C’mon.

I read the reviews already posted for this location and didn’t really believe the negative comments about the volume of the music as all Jimmy John’s have loud music. But then I visited this location and understood. The music isn’t the same volume as other locations. It is MUCH louder. My daughter and I sat across from each other at a booth and could barely hear each other. We almost had to yell at each other in order to be heard. I won’t be going back unless they decide that the comfort of their guests is more important than the listening pleasure of their workers.
