I just simply found this place while driving away from sams club after picking up supplies. It’s a hidden treasure. Most items in the store are things I would choose from the top markup stores but for 50 to 80 percent off just because it’s in a warehouse type setting. Obviously a prime location at southdale or wherever and some nice drywall rooms comes at a real cost. And the cost gets passed on to the consumer. Anyway I found top quality (non ikea) furniture at ikea prices. I recommend a stop here before spending thousands in markup

Worst customer service EVER! I visited Odds and Ends furniture last week looking to purchase a table and bookcase. The store was a little busy, so I was ok with not being greeted by anyone at first
I walked they the entire showroom and identified the items that I wanted to purchase. I asked an employee for help with the items and I was treated in the most rude way. The guy basically said, what do you want! I was caught off guard to say the least. If an employee asks a paying customer what do you want, the company is clearly not interested in providing any type of service or quality. Needless to say, I did not purchase the table and bookcase and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN!

We were in Friday afternoon ¹¹⁄₃₀ and spent about 45 minutes looking over the inventory. During this time not one sales person came to ask if we needed help. I finally proceeded to the checkout area where a sales person was waiting on another customer. I patiently waited about 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I said to the gentleman that we had some questions and he said he would help us as soon as he was done. Except for another couple no one else was in the store at this time. Finally the client headed off and I thought great here we go. All of a sudden a woman came whisking up to him, sat down in front of him and he proceeded to take care of her instead of telling her I was next and he would be with her shortly. I told then told him we were tired of waiting and that he just lost a sale as we exited. As we left the store he said «Well., I don’t believe it!» This person was very unprofessional and had an attitude. He should not be in this line of work. We will not be back, and their inventory is very weak.

I always make a point to stop here weekly. Fantastic one-​of-​a-​kind pieces that scream luxury and unique at a discounted price. They have an amazing selection of huge mirrors — I’m kind of a mirror fanatic :)
The best «deals» are on the rugs, tables and headboards. The owners are very friendly and helpful without being pushy — they really let you do your own thing unless you look super interested in an item.

Horrible customer service!
I purchased a sectional here and went with delivery which they hire out. They said that they would fax over our information to the moving company and we could expect a call the following week to schedule delivery. Since the hours here are Thursday through Sunday I could not contact them to tell them that the delivery company had failed to call until they opened again. I had to leave a message (since they do not answer) and did not get a call back until a full day later. The owner proceeded to tell me that it is my word against the delivery company that they failed to call, and had the nerve to tell me that I was RUDE! No apology for the trouble, just a tough crap attitude! I let her know that I would not be buying from them in the future and ended the call. SHE ACTUALLY CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME OFF IN A VOICE MAIL!!! I called the delivery company after I had gotten off the phone with her and they said she had faxed over the wrong phone number and that they had contacted her about it and she did not call them back! I would have been understanding about the mistake had she been in the slightest bit nice.
Clearly the owner does not care about customer service!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

This place is awesome. I could furnish my whole house with one stop here! They have a great collection of modern to vintage to quirky. Since I have eclectic taste, this is the perfect place to tie it all together! Great stuff at great prices. Staff is great as well. They help if you have a question, otherwise they leave you alone to browse. I will be spending a great deal of my tax return at this store!

Like Sal said, you’ve got to go looking for this place… you won’t just stumble upon it, so I recommend using the google map on the side of the Unilocal page.
The prices are right so you should check it out! There wasn’t much that would fit into our home’s style, but I did find a couple of pieces that would. If you like the chairs in the dining room sets, you can order the chairs individually… and they are of good quality and average 89 dollars.

I went here with my BF last weekend. He’s currently trying to furnish his new apartment and this store came highly recommended to him by a woman at the International Design Center.
I don’t think you’d ever notice this store unless you were specifically looking for it. It’s in a big warehouse tucked away off the main road with inconspicuous signage. But once you find it, you should definitely stop in and stroll around. The furniture here appears to be high quality and the prices are decent. Even though it’s in a huge space and there is plenty of selection, you can get in and out quickly (if you know what you’re looking for) without getting lost in a maze of furniture. The way it’s arranged is conducive to a pleasant browsing experience — plus, you’re left alone… no pressuring sales people. This and the Room and Board Outlet are top on my list of places to stop on the weekend to find the perfect piece of new discounted furniture.
