Extremely frustrating shopping experience. Old Navy needs to improve their marketing strategies before I ever go back. The sale signs trick you into thinking what you are buying is on sale when it actually is not. Happened to the three people in line in front of me and took 15 min for me to get to the register because of it. When I got there to find out that my item was double what the sale sign made it seem I just walked out.

Please help me understand when you go to the store because you receive the ad email to buy the super cute(SALE) items you saw on line, BUT they do NOT have the same SALE in the actual store? Really Old Navy… do you think I’m going to pay approx. $ 50 bucks more for the same items? The clothes I purchased on line while in the store were $ 50 bucks less… Plus FREE2 day shipping? It probably would not have been so annoying except the sales woman was crabby and rude! Plus she was the only person checking us out with 5 people in line behind us? Ridiculous… I guess I will just buy on line! I would think you might sell more if a customer walks through your doors? This is why big box stores are closing… People are doing the best to support local! Best Buy syndrome… I can say say that being from MPLS! ~sigh~

This store was updated about a year or so ago and the result is a more cheery spacious welcoming store. It’s possible to find really good deals during sales and on clearance racks. Full price items are a steal at times. The racks are well organized most of the time and the fitting rooms are well done. Most of all the staff is very friendly and helpful at this store!
