I was in a couple months ago and bought a iphone 6s glass screen protector with a warrenty. I was told by an employee that if it broke i could come in, show them my recipt and they would put a new one on free of charge. The employee is wrong. I went there today and they acted like i was an idiot. Very disappointed and will not visit this location agin. Do not recommend doing business here. Employees are liers and disrespectful.

Employees are helpful, respectful, polite, and answered every question I had. They even offered water while I waited for my salesman. The little things go a long way with me.

I was surprised by their good customer service. This is where my Dad bought his first iPhone. I would love to come back here again.

When my old phone finally bit the dust and no longer stayed, well, on, for more than 3 minutes at a time, I knew it was time to suck it up and get a new phone. I hate getting new phones. I always feel like the sales guy is trying to finagle me into getting something more expensive and flashy than I want(or need) and then judging me because I don’t want an i-phone. I don’t need an i-phone, I just need something to text message on and call people. Hence why I put this off for so long. But, I knew it was time, so I drove my happy self to the AT&T store and low and behold, I met a nice guy that didn’t try to sell me the most expensive phone. In fact, he said, well, this is probably all you need and after rebate you are only spending $ 50. Ummmm… what? You listened to me? You realize that I am a broke student that doesn’t need GPS or an mp3 player on my frickin phone? THANKYOU!(His name was Ken for all those who are wondering). I have never had such a pleasant phone shopping experience in my life. I have been with, well, every cell phone network around it seems and had a phone since 1998. After ten years, I finally feel like I walked out of the store without being judged for my «cheap» phone choice and I actually got a phone that works that I didn’t hate and regret buying 3 days later. Thank you Ken… you made my day.
