Hooters

It’s fine I guess. Why do all these places have absolutely zero personality and bartenders who are only willing to chat with the old man regular who reads the newspaper in the corner seat?
Maybe I’m just not talkative enough. Whatever. Mozz sticks are good here, that’s all that matters.

Hadn’t been into Hooters in south county for a while & was craving some buffalo shrimp. We were sat in the very back where there was no atmosphere & took about 15 minutes for our waitress to approach our table. We were going to switch booths but it wasnt our waitresses section so we decided to not switch out of respect. I watched the manager of the place just talk to the hooters girls at the food window rather than run the food that was getting cold in the window. When our food came out my shrimp & fries were only slightly warm & my husband ordered half hamburger half chicken sliders which came out all chicken. My husband waited for about 6 – 8 minutes then ended up having to track down the waitress. The manager eventually walked up to our table & said everyone was confused about the ticket but its being worked on. When the burgers came out they had no cheese or extra pickle as requested so they had to be sent back. When we were ready for our check after waiting for 10 minutes we finally flagged down the waitress who said our check wasn’t ready because the sliders were not comped yet. What’s funny is the waitress tracked down the girl who brought out our food & started yelling at her for bringing out food that wasn’t correct on the ticket. That girl in turn came up to us & asked if she screwed up our food. I told her no big deal then her friend walked up to us & said that our waitress sucked & she doesn’t do her job right. It was actually pretty comical. We got a good laugh out of it just because it wasn’t nessecary. Not sure if it was our table or what but we didn’t get the best service nor the food wasnt the best. Definitely a bummer because we typically really like hooters.

I have been to this restaurant 3 or 4 times, and the service is always EXCELLENT. I have never had to wait for a table, my server, the appetizer, meal, dessert or check. I never go on a big sports night, and it’s always just me, but still I’m made to feel important.
I’ve read some of the other reviews on here, and everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I think the girls here are BEAUTIFUL. They are courteous, friendly, attentive, always with a smile, and always willing to help in any way they can to make the experience a good one. One of the girls even sat down with me at the table, while she took my order.
I’m not big on wings, I usually get the Texas burger, which is AWESOME. I have tried their wings since they are known for them. I got them with the Daytona sauce, and they were very good. The manager has checked up on me to be sure everything was good, and I told him excellent.
Even when the server brings me the check she says no rush, whenever you’re ready to pay let me know. Very nice.
As I’ve stated in my reviews on their website, Delicious, reasonably priced food and drink served by friendly, beautiful girls. What else could a man want from a restaurant?

I’m very pleased with the pleasant attitudes and customer service here. Food is nice and hot. i will return. We had a party of 12 people and whitley was very patient with all of our choices.

Went here on Wednesday, my favorite day to go because they offer the Wingsday special, which is a 10pc boneless wings with fries and a dip. For 6.99, for $ 5 you can make it all you can eat (ayce). All of my boneless wings were delicious& crispy, but could have used a little more sauce. Next time I’ll just ask for them «wet». I also got the big dipper fries. Which I enjoy more than the curly fries. For my appetizer of course I got fried pickles, they were okay, they could’ve used more time in the fryer. Let’s just say that wasn’t the best batch, I’ve ever had! So I guess the disappointing point of the night was when the bill came! So I was charged for 2 AYCE orders, and 2 order of fries. So I asked the waitress, Blake) why she would charge me for double, and even charge me for the fries to begin with, She said I didn’t ask for the «Wingsday» special, I just asked for AYCE boneless wings. Which I probably did, idk. But I’m assuming you know it’s Wednesday, it’s the only special you offer that day. So whatever, slight miscommunication. The bill was adjusted. it was all good. That little experience had me uncomfortable. Probably going to stick to the downtown location.
Side note; the restoration looks nice!

Attentive service and tons and tons of TV’s. You will not have a problem getting a decent view of any game here.
My favorite is the buffalo shrimp and parmesan garlic wings.

sat at bar 1:50 pm placed order one draft beer 10 wings waited 10min for beer 1hour and 15 min for wings!!! manager said nothing paid for beer left so sad

The food wasn’t sub par and the service was just ok. Won’t be coming back and will continue to go to Buffalo Wild Wings down the road.

Yeah I understand its a UFC fight night at this place, but it should not take an hour for you to even acknowledge my table.

Two words: food poisoning. I will never go here again. Thought I’d check it out with my bf for a casual bite and some beers. I have to say it was VERY disturbing to see girls who appeared to be 14 – 17 dressed that way, struggling to «fake smile» at perverted older men. Of course, they must be at least 18 but they looked young, is my point. I know this is the main draw for Hooters, so ok. That’s not why I am giving a low rating. I got a huge plate of food which is always awesome (value), but could only eat a few fries and a couple bites of my sandwich. Took the leftovers home and within a few hours was SO sick. This was my only meal that day so there’s no doubt it was their food. Not cool, Hooters.

I’m only giving it a 1 because the food was average. I usually like hooters food not the atmosphere. We waited forever for a drink order it was like the waitress disappeared. And the manager was just casual talking to his «friends» customers. Not a very good leader to make sure guests are doing ok. At the end of the night are waitress sat down with a customer and talked and talked never said anything to us. I told the manger that this was horrible customer service and he just stared at us. Very disappointing

I am a fan of wings period and when we were hungry after a shopping spree at HOme Depot we decided to stop here bc it was right on the same parking lot…

PUNY wings and not even a celery stick to go with them… Flavor tho was on point and staff was nice and attentive (only reason they get 3 stars and I’m being generous!)… But won’t come back to any of them… I’ll stick to Buffalo Wild Wings…

Am I a pervert for being a Hooters junkie? I used to visit all the time with a friend of mine after golf. Now I go alone, as none of my friends are brave enough to answer affirmatively when I suggest watching the game there. I think they’re afraid to tell their wives where they are. They need to grow a pair… eatin’ and cheatin’.
Hooters wings are unique… breaded and greasy. Great for a hangover… heavy on the stomach when you’re sober. The rest of the menu is limited to salads, sandwiches, and a handful of other fried apps.
Don’t expect your Hooters girl to look like the ones in their commercials. You will be let down. Go with the expectation for good fun service… you’re at a restaurant not a strip club.
Your Hooters experience will be dictated by how fun your waitress is. Some of them are just big boobed bimbos. Others are super fun, and make you feel like you are the highlight of their day. And if they’re cute, that’s just a bonus.
Now to my recent experience (s). I am a bartender at a restaurant close to the South County Hooters location. My co-​bartender and I both like Hooters. She loves their crab legs… I go for the wings… and self affirmation. We often order take-​out from them. Service has always been prompt and good. If I’m there before the order is done, I’ll grab a drink. They used to only have beer… but now they have liquor.
I always leave with a smile. I’m glad that I’m the designated Hooters carry out pick-​up guy for my work.

Wings, wings and some more wings please. As I have stated in many of my reviews, my wife is a big fan of wings. I could take her to Ruth Chris Steakhouse and she would look at the menu for wings.
We had a family shopping day on Sunday and everyone wanted hot wings. Perfect timing because when we walked in the playoff game was just starting. We were seated by the greeter and our waitress Ashley came to take our drink order. As I’ve stated in other reviews, how someone handles my children plays a large role in the overall experience. Ashley talked to all of them for their drink choices and honestly have them attention the entire time we were there. She first brought them balloons and tied them to each of their chairs. Then she brought them a plate with a ketchup smiley face. Sounds goofy yes, but the my youngest daughter had the biggest smile on her face when she seen it. When you make my kids smile and laugh and love the experience, then it definitely increases the star rating.
Oh, I haven’t even talked about the food. (Hmmmm hint to other business owners) The food was just as you expect from Hooters. Good wings, decent french fries with a good cheese sauce dip and fried pickles for an appetizer. I will say that many places have fried pickles, but hooters does them best.
Overall I would give it a 4 start but Ashley takes the 5^th star. My kids have already (a day later) asked to go back.

This is probably one of the better locations in Saint Louis. The wait staff was very friendly and came by to check on our table. Monday’s are great, buy 10 wings get 10 wings free, so I had plenty to eat. I think the food is better if you pick a night where they have these deals because it is still kind of on the expensive side.
We had our Football draft there and they provided us with a nice draft kit with a funny hat for our commish. Only down side was that they didn’t do buckets expect for on Fridays. The place has tons of TVs and is deceptively large.

Pretty good wings and good service at this location. But nothing amazing.

This is one of he better Hooters that I have been to. The girls here are actually pretty attractive and most do not have a nasty gut that hangs over their pants. The wings here are very good and I’m not sure what is in the hot sauce but it is hotter than other Hooters that I’ve been to. The burgers are also good and the quesadilla’s aren’t bad. Even though they taste the same at every hooters. This location does serve multiple selection of wing sauces so you aren’t stuck with hot, mild and nuclear. They’ve got a garlic parmesan which isn’t bad.
They do show the UFC fights but come at least an hour before if you want a seat because it gets very very packed.

Yes, I heart me some Hooters, even though it is a chain and my boobs are better than 99% of the girls that work there. I have been to the Hooter’s of Fairview Heights, Downtown, St. Charles, and WestPort and I can honestly say that this was my best experience. The waitress was so nice, the food was perfect, and my drinks were amazing. I have never been to a Hooter’s that was so friendly. I left impressed.
