This is the worst Jamba Juice. I highly recommend going to the one in Creve Couer. Their service is SLOW. I’ve been here multiple times and have waited while people who ordered 5 minutes after me got their smoothies(same as me) before me. Extremely unefficient. Rude. Don’t go.

I was craving for something matcha and knew Jamba Juice had their match tea blast. I went and stand in line. There was only one girl working around lunch time. You would think you would have more than one person making drinks. There were a couple people in front of me… ok not a big deal. When it was my turn to order. I was not acknowledged at all. I stood there for a good 2 mins and then left to go downstairs to Starbucks. PS: their menu is super small that you will not be able to read it unless you’re standing right by the counter.

This location is inside the West County Mall. They, of course, offer the same options as the other Jamba Juice locations in the area. The employees were pretty friendly, the place was kept pretty clean as far as I can see and they weren’t rushing people to make a decision. It seems like they have more employees here though than the location I frequent but I suppose if you have a place at the mall, it could get pretty busy quickly. I ordered my usual: Protein Berry. I think it tasted a little different but it could be because I got it soy this time rather than whey protein. It wasn’t a «bad» different though, just different in flavor but still had the consistency of a good, quality smoothie. What else can I say? I love Jamba Juice and whenever I see one, I always feel like I have to get some!

I was shopping at West County mall and out of the corner of my eye I saw the edge of the logo. Oh Jamba. I said, could it be? Really? I immediately walked over and as I saw more and more of the sign I was kind of in shock. I’m from Hawaii and have loved Jamba Juice for nearly 15 years. When I moved to MO5 years ago I was really disappointed they didn’t have one anywhere within driving distance. To see one randomly pop up(I had not heard any news of them opening) was just wonderful. I am so thrilled to see JJ in Missouri. My favorite is CITRUSSQUEEZE. Not on the menu anymore but they will make it for you. Literally my favorite treat!

I just stopped up to get a juice, and got no service. I guess the girl working the register wanted to talk to her friends, instead of helping me. Call me picky, but when I’ve been standing there for 30 seconds at the register help me!

I’m only subtracting one star because Jamba Juice no longer carries my favorite smoothie: matcha green tea blast! I prayed for Jamba Juice to make its way towards Missouri, and when it finally came, I knew I just HAD to go. But under the circumstance, I had to settle with my second favorite: mango a go go. Yes service wasn’t the best, but it’s a brand new establishment in one of the busiest malls! I love how convenient it is from the parking garage so I can just grab and go.

The service was terrible. The cashier was rolling their eyes at me the whole time and my smoothie was horrid! It wasn’t blended enough and when I asked them to reblend it they made it seem it was a major inconvenience. I would not recommend going there at all!
