Worked with Jane to find a homecoming dress for my daughter’s Sr. year. Not only did we find the perfect lbd, but Jane helped us find someone to do the alterations in just a few days. My daughter had an amazing time and looked absolutely beautiful! Thank you Jane!

I love this store. I love it more than I should. It is a world of girlie, sophisticated cuteness in a small space. The product is laid out beautifully; I just like being in here. The best part is the amazing service. The girls that work here are extremely friendly and helpful, and remember you when you come back. Love it!

Holy crap, I could wander around this store for hours, and it’s not even that big. Just walking in makes you feel happy… there are bright colors everywhere, and I really wish their designer could come do the exact same thing to my apartment.
I don’t go in to Kate Spade very often because I rarely feel like shelling out hundreds of dollars for a single item, but I do let myself buy one handbag a year, and I recently picked out one for fall & winter. I’m absolutely in love. The staff is so helpful and enthusiastic without being annoying, and I can tell they genuinely care about helping customers finding what they want.
Apparently they have sales quite often that I should probably check out. Count on Kate Spade for that special bag, jewelry piece, or amazing dress you need to make your ex jealous when he sees you at a wedding. I mean… when you need a great dress for just whatever.
Love this place! See ya next year Kate Spade.

A girlie wonderland! Kate Spade’s products instantly make me feel happy, with their bright colors and iconic vintage, Jackie O-inspired nostalgia (minus the mothballs).When I entered the store, I was transported back in time to the era of Mad Men and could practically hear the cubes rattling in a martini shaker. When I visited this location, there was an excellent handbag sale on. I got a beautiful patent leather bag at half price. I will note that many of the pieces on sale were of this season, unlike at the Kate Spade sample sales where there is often a plethora of nylon bags. Service was friendly and helpful, through that could have been a function of my midday, midweek stop at this location.

I love, love, love Kate Spade. So I was so happy when the Plaza Frontenac store opened. You can’t help but feel immediately happy when you walk into the store with all the bright purples, oranges, and reds everywhere. It’s a small space, but they carry a good selection of bags, glasses, and accessories and have some clothing and shoes, too. The staff is generally really nice and helpful.
