Timely, affordable (they charge less than half of what Sears does just to come out & look), organized, friendly service. And most importantly, they got the job done. I’d definitely call them again and/​or refer them.

Installer was very nice and called ahead of arrival. measured existing door and gave quote for same even though I stated I wanted an upgrade to a double steel insulated door. gave overall final price with tax but didnt discuss what that included. He called his manager once I said I had other bids and would not be doing any work that day.
Manager stated several times that they guarantee the work for life but paperwork says $ 90 service charge after 30 days. Pretty short life time if you ask me.

Great service! Tech called ahead and arrived on time. Inspection and repair went by quickly. Options were explained in detail, no pressure to do any work that was not needed. I’m very happy with the repair.

My fiancé contacted Neighborhood Garage Door for service on two separate occasions. Each occasion the repairman assigned was professional and informative. Before service they observed damages and estimated costs for repair. I agreed to the price and they did the job. Job well done indeed and they were prompt about it.

I called Neighborhood Garage Door Service… they were very friendly and came out right away. HOWEVER the estimate they gave me to fix my garage door was astronomical. Before the tech gave me a price he asked what coupons I had. He had BOGO 50% off on the springs and that they were running a special on the rollers. The original cost was $ 956…When I told him that was still ridiculous he asked how much I wanted to spend. …he then called the office and was able to get it down to $ 656. I told them that was still not acceptable. He told me Overhead would be even more. I paid the $ 49 service call and sent him off. I made some more calls and found out Overhead was only $ 400 for the exact same repair. I then called locally owned and operated company and the cost of the exact same repair was a third of Neighborhood Garage Door. Beware of the ripoffs.

One of the Springs on my Garage door broke and I called them at 8:00 p.m. and they had someone out the next morning by 9:00 a.m. The Technician Brandon came in and had my new garage door springs installed in no time… very professional and I highly recommend using them for your replacement or repairs.

My serviceman Keith arrived in less than an hour of my call. He was very polite, friendly & knowledgable of what was going on with my door. He got right to work & my garage door was repaired in about 20 mins. Excellent service & exceeded my expectations of how quickly they were able to get out & have my repair completed. I would definitely use them again & would recommend them to others. Great job Keith!
