A very professional and courteous staff from A to Z. Appointment was easy with a very pleasant staffer. The appointment time was honored. The staff work was thorough and neat yielding a wonderful results. Because the closet was small, the staff offered to clean some steps to make the service fair and the cost reasonable.

This is the first time I’ve had my carpets professionally cleaned and I will definitely use Oxi Fresh again. The tech was polite, explained everything he would be doing and we did a walk thru of my home. I showed him «trouble» spots and he did an awesome job. I was amazed with the results. I have a Maltese dog who has had her way with my carpet but you wouldn’t know it now. I opted to do the extra disinfectant, as well and it was well worth the price. I highly recommend them!

I had received a coupon in the mail and thought I would give Oxi Fresh a try. The person who set up my appointment on the phone was very helpful and professional. The technician called to inquire if it would be alright if he came a little early. Tim did a wonderful job– was knowledgable and did a fantastic job. My carpets look and feel wonderful and I will definitely use them again.
