The sales associates are great and pretty knowledgeable about technology. However, I am not happy with the management at this location. Back in December, I bought a new phone. The employee promised a price match and trade-in value for my old phone, and that it would appear on my phone bill — a value of $ 70+. But it never did. I had to call back 6 times and speak to 3 different employees and 2 managers just to get part of the refund 2 months post-purchase. The manager told me to follow up again a month later to receive the rest of the refund. This is no way to treat a customer: I shouldn’t have to chase down a refund that was promised to me. Until management improves, or T-mobile offer me a free phone, I will be buying my phones at Amazon from now on.

The people in store are friendly. We switched from ATT after 12 years due to some improper billing methods that kept occurring. Initially it appears the service is not very good in this area but T-Mobile is sending a booster for home to see if that works. If it’s a known issue then the store should start advising people ahead of time.
