Both Dog Days and Karei, the groomer on staff, have really become family. We have a rescue dog who was beyond shy and scared when we adopted him six years ago. He received a special referral to go to Grand where there are mainly older and shy dogs. The staff have gone out of the way to make him feel safe and now he is almost a normal dog! Karei does all of his grooming and she is top notch. She is reliable and treats him with kid gloves. We are so thankful to find this very special home away from home.
