I have been here twice and the customer service has been excellent! Both times Jon has assisted me, and he has been very helpful. Once he helped me decide which jacket to get based on the temperatures I would be in and the other time he checked in back for other sizes and was able to order a size for me that wasn’t in the store. He was very friendly and made my experience 5 stars. Other employees have always been friendly and have offered assistance without being too pushy.

The employees here were very kind and helpful. We were looking for a certain roll-top back pack and they didn’t have it in stock. They gave me a ton of options to try and order it. They even gave me the name of another shop around the corner to find it. Even though I didn’t get anything I enjoyed coming in and taking a look.

Incredibly dog friendly! Everyone working here is so helpful and kind! By far my best shopping experience In a long time. I’ll be back for winter apparel.

Eh. Came in looking for some warm stuff. +1 for that being covered. –4 stars for Patagonia being WAY overpriced 3rd World Made. Seriously, $ 400+ for a jacket made in Vietnam?! GTFO

This place has lots of premium outdoor wear, but the thing that makes this place a standout for me is the staff. They are REALLY helpful and do a great job recommending certain products that will be best suited to your specific needs. My wife and I stopped in to find a few items for an upcoming trip to Africa and the woman helping her was so great in making recommendations and helping with sizes. She wasn’t at all pushy and was very friendly. While you can find similar high quality outdoor wear at other stores, the knowledge and professionalism of the staff here is unmatched in my two visits. Highly recommended.

Finding great deals on my favorite outdoor apparel and everyday duds is always so easy at Patagonia on Grand! They often have sweet deals and great variety which makes me one happy naturalist. The staff are all rockin’ and make me feel right at home while I snoop around the racks.

Nice that there is a Patagonia store but too bad it is not an outlet. There is a bargain area in the back which is decent. I still think that the area is much preferred over Minneapolis. It didn’t seem that there were any clinics or classes offered at this store. So, I would have to lean more towards REI which has a great presence in Twin Cities as well as just everything for outdoors besides just apparel.

Patagonia,(or as my friends and I lovingly refer to it as: Fratagonia or Patagucci) makes some really great stuff. Yeah, it’s expensive for sure, but it’s great quality and lasts FOREVER(Foreva eva? FOREVAEVA?). Seriously, their customer satisfaction guarantee is ridiculous. They’ll basically do anything to make sure you’re happy with your product. The brand is great but sometimes I feel like the store experience falls flat here. The last two times I’ve been in here I’ve received little attention– and believe me, I don’t like a huge show when I’m shopping. It is nice to be noticed though. I had to ask for a dressing room, and when I walked up to to the register, the guy hardly noticed me waiting to pay for my things. Keep in mind that I may have been the only customer in the store. I’ll definitely continue to support the brand and the products they create but the last few times in here have started to sway me to their online store. They have email discounts there sometimes too, so maybe it’s for the best.

Patagonia’s customer service rivals Nordstrom & its return policy rivals Sephora; they’re THAT good! While their clothes are pretty expensive, they are very durable. I’ve had most of my snow gear for well over 5 years & it still looks new. Their end of the season sales are definitely the best time to shop with 50−80% off merchandise.

I can’t afford anything in the store, but I certainly love going in and daydreaming about traveling with their gear… They have a private lot across the street, which is nice. And I love the books.

Nice place, I like that most of their clothes«wick». What I don’t like is how expensive they are, and how they still think that if you are a man, and you like to hike, that you also must like plaid, or think the lumberjack is a look to aspire to. I would also like to note how St. Paul gets Patagonia and Minneapolis gets Northface. Some how that just sums everything up to me.
