I was very skeptical to come here for an eye exam but I was desperate. My benefits needed to be used by year end so alas, here I was, on New Years Eve Day, looking for a place for Ci and I to get exams and contacts. This place was very convenient for me because I have Health-Partners Insurance for the exam and Eye Med for the contacts or glasses. No having to go two different places. This alone is worth it to me. The Manager was extremely personable and helpful and the Optometrist was also very nice and knowledgeable. I felt he was very thorough and this coming from me, a person who has been going to an eye doctor for over 40 years, is a huge compliment to him. He gave us some free samples of contact lens cleaner, a free trial pair of a new brand of contacts for me to try, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience today. We most definitely will be back and you should try it out too! Go up the Escalator, and straight ahead!

First thought that came to mind when I arrived was… Does anyone work here? There were only three customers and no employees. It took 10 minutes until someone came to greet us at the counter. I had an appointment and was only 5 minutes early. The optometrist came out and gave me some paperwork to fill out then eventually he came back out to do my exam. He was very personalable and we talked about foods. He says since I was no longer diabetic that he would not do a dilation. Hmmm… Okie dokie. When I was done with the exam there was still no one at the counter after waiting ten minutes. So I already had my prescription… I left. I already gave them my insurance information. Bill me. Sheesh. Sears has really got to hire some people. They are going to be losing money left and right this way. I am never going back.
