I went into this location to ship something and when I started asking questions like insurance the guy behind the counter gave me such attitude that I asked to speak to a manager. Then he went on this rant about how he is the new owner and going over his head is impossible. I advised that his customer service skills were lacking and if was going to stay in business he may want to work on that. I have used this location in the past and everyone has always been very friendly and nice however this new owner… not so much. I would be surprised if anyone continued to use his location. I had no problem bringing my item to another location and gettng good service. Of course the business owner calls my review a fabrication. Its less than appealing to hear that your establishment treats your customers like crap. I’m Not turnging this into a he said she said thing. I know how I was treated and that I wont be returning. End of story.

Stay away. Poor service. Over priced. Rude owner. Treats the elderly like they are idiots. Then when we called to try to resolve the problem he would not listen, and verbally chastised myself and the person I was trying to fix a problem for who happened to be an 86yr old 18 year customer. I cant believe they are still in business. If I ran my business this way I would fold in a week. Has to be pretty bad for me to log into Unilocal and write a bad review.

These guys are idiots. Sent a package 3 weeks ago and finally got it. Contents were broken. What’s the point of paying an «expert» to pack and ship something if they can’t do it right. Probably a contributing factor and more proof of their incompetence is they sent the package to the wrong address. They make you fill out a form with the address you want it shipped to but apparently they don’t use it. Time to get a little more strict with the business practices!
