First class service! Phoned them up and they were super friendly. A couple days later, I dropped off a very large package I needed to return to a retailer (it was over 5 feet long). As I was backing up the car, an employee noticed and actually came out of the store into the parking lot to help me carry it in. He (Jeremy maybe?) was a really nice guy – indicated he’d take care of taping on the return slip and removing my old one from the box. Impressed and will return with any shipping/packing needs.
