I have never been to a laundromat before and wasn’t sure what to do once I reached this place with my heavy blanket. The owner at the place was really helpful. He walked me through all the steps. The wash was for 30 minutes and he told me that I can go do my other work and he will handle transferring my blanket to the dryer.
The place was also very clean. Overall a nice experience.

I walked in out of the rain with my two year old. The attendant then came out and told me no one under 18 is allowed. I said okay. He then proceeded to be rude and asked «didn’t you see the sign», no sorry. «Go on, get out of here. Move along». I don’t think any establishment has ever had an employee speak to me that way. Ugly and unbelievable attitude.

Came in to do some rags from my business. Was approached by a grumpy man who wanted to know what I was washing. I told him. He responded, «fine, but you can’t dry them here». ??? WTH First off, when you approach a customer, try smiling and say hello. And your a Laundromat, and you tell me I can’t use the dryer? Horrible customer service. And the prices are 2 – 3 times higher than anywhere else. 3.50 for a small wash/per load. 25 cents for 5 minutes of dry time. GO ELSEWHERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. HIGH PRICES. Can’t believe this place is in business.
