I have been going to see Dr Fada for several years. I am extremely difficult to fit with the proper contact lens prescription. Dr Fada has alway been more than patient and had always gone above and beyond. I have referred several friends to him and they have experienced the same service.

I took my 90 yr old mother in to have her prescription filled and they were wonderful! Veronica was patient and helpful explaining options to my mom. They made certain before we started that they were covered by her insurance and explained the benefits to her. I appreciate the time spent helping. Hopefully, going back for the glasses will be just the same. I don’t see why not!

Though my initial experience left me less than satisfied, I was very impressed with the follow-​up from their social media representative after my review. After working with the Office Manager, and going in to be rechecked, they made the appropriate corrections to my glasses and now everything is perfect!
Thank you to everyone who helped me out on my second trip in. It was greatly appreciated.
