On the whole, I am very satisfied with my purchase at this Sears Store. I bought a twin size mattress for a project I’m working on. First, I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the associate named «Casey» who worked somewhere around the Mattress Dept. I could go on and on about this kid, but let’s just say that I was VERY impressed and think that he has a great career ahead of him should he choose to stay in sales. The mattress dept. wasn’t even his section, and this high-schooler went above and beyond despite it not even being his section. Dave, his supervisor who showed up maybe 15 minutes later, was also great.
Why not five stars? I found out admist our transaction that many of the stores’ sales prices are not, in fact, sale prices – when the sale expires (e.g. «price valid 2÷2÷15÷4÷8÷15) they simply put it back on sale for the exact same price all over again. I was lured in this way, I admit, with my «60% off» mattress. Not cool, but nonetheless, I’m happy with my mattress just the same.

I don’t know how I was lured in here, (Sears promotion signs) but the experience with the jewelry associate is worth The review. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about their product. She assisted and guided me through the lands of their gems and metals thoroughly… And in the end, I came out with a fantastic piece of jewelry for my wife on mothers day. Oh, and at a fantastic deal. Thank you Sears associate!
