Shellac Nails

I had very similar experience with trying to use a living social coupon. But, it gets better! I finally did get an appointment, and after getting started w/​pedi, they asked to see my voucher. I had it on my phone — I don’t print since the voucher states to bring electronic copy to appointment to get scanned. Well, they don’t have scanning technology and insisted that I go back home to print the voucher. Or, I was welcome to pay FULL PRICE that day and come back another time. I showed them the voucher on my screen, including the statement that an electronic version for scanning is acceptable. They would not accept the electronic version even though that is in violation of the agreement. I ended up leaving and going straight to Fashion Nails on Muegge where the staff is always super nice and does a fabulous job.

Worst EVER… gladly took my money when I bought a Living Social deal, but refused to book appointment to redeem it. What a racket! Staff both rude and unprofessional. Can say without question they are as uncustomer service oriented as any business I have ever seen!

This place is a joke.
I bought a Living Social deal for this dump. Each time I call to make an appointment, they say they are full this week (its Tuesday) and that I will need to make one for next week. They won’t honor the coupon either if you walk in, first question they ask is, «You have coupon?» Then they say they are booked. Doubt this place even gets business.
This joint is on my boycott list along with Walmart and Best Buy
